Our
Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide solutions to problems faced by

Swanson-Lodge Investments, LLC is a small, local company
incorporated in October 2007. While we have only been
incorporated a short time, the owners of the company have been
buying and investing in real estate for years. We have
purchased all kinds of properties under all kinds of conditions
all over the state. Through our previous experiences we have
acquired a strong investment team which allows us to buy houses
like yours in a matter of days. We are not a real estate agency
and we are not looking to list your house for a commission or
fee. In fact, you don't pay us anything! Whether you just want

we do not like high-pressure sales, so we refrain from using
them on our clients.

Our company makes money by solving the problems that others
